Delivery

Where do we deliver?
  • We only deliver in Belgium.
Where and when can I pick up my products?
  • Belle Barrus: rue de Bruxelles 125, 1702 Groot-Bijgaarden
  • Monday to Thursday: between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Fridays: from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
How does our transport service work?
  • After your order has been registered, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order. As soon as it is ready for pick-up or shipment, we will notify you. You can then come and collect your bag or they will be delivered safely to your home by bpost.
What are the transport costs?
  • All prices are shown excluding shipping costs, but including VAT. 
  • Your order will be delivered by bpost. For orders under 50 euros, a transport cost is automatically added, depending on the weight.
  • Delivery is free of charge if the amount of your order exceeds 50 euros and this for the whole of Belgium. (one address per order)
When will your parcels arrive?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by bpost. After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace link. However, there are occasional delays at bpost, such as during the end-of-year period.

Please bear in mind that we need time to be able to make sure your order and/or gifts are in perfect condition. We prepare a gift by putting together all the products, adding your greeting card with a personal message and packing it all up. Then your order is ready for shipment. So be sure to order on time. Especially if you wish to place an order during a busy period, such as the end of the year period.

Do you wish to send gifts to more than one address? Then we would like to ask you to place several orders. This way we know immediately where we have to deliver each gift.

Pay

Which means of payment are accepted?
  • We accept VISA, Mastercards & PayPal
Will I receive an invoice?
  • You will receive your invoice via e-mail after you have placed your order. If you still haven’t received an invoice, you can report this via e-mail: info@bellebasket.be .

After the sale

What should I do if I have a question about my order?
  • Send an e-mail to: service@bellebasket.be .
  • We will answer your questions during the week from Monday to Friday.
  • Need an answer soon? Via Facebook (messenger)
How does the right of return work?
  • If you have bought a product or placed an order you are not happy with? We are sorry, but fortunately you have 1 day / 24 hours to inform us of a return of your products as soon as you have received your order.
  • Like you, we would like everything to run smoothly. Adding a copy of the invoice to the returned products will make it easier for us to retrieve all the information. In this way we can help each other and arrange everything smoothly.
  • You will need to fill in a return form that clearly states why you want to exchange it or request a refund. As soon as we are informed we will contact you to undertake the following steps.
  • If you want to return goods we ask you to use our return form for the return. This form can be found on the website under “Returns”.

Problems with my order

What should I do if my product is damaged?
  • Please fill in the form and send it to us with the necessary information.
  • Add photos as proof.
  • If your product is damaged upon receipt of your package, please report this immediately by taking photos. You can contact us via e-mail: service@bellebasket.com or via Facebook Messenger.
    We will see what we can do for you and will contact you further.

Can I cancel my order?
  • Belle Basket accepts free cancellations up to 24 hours after your online purchase. Except when you order products manufactured according to your specifications or clearly intended for a specific person.
