Return / Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of one day from the day on which the customer has taken receipt of the products or that the products have been taken receipt of on his behalf. 

The right of withdrawal can also be exercised online by means of the withdrawal form on the site www.bellebasket.be under the “exchange or return” tab; in this case, the Customer will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium.

The Customer must return the product in perfect condition by sending it to the storage address of our products: BELLE BARRUS B.V. – Brusselstraat  125 – 1702 Groot-Bijgaarden, no later than one day after he has communicated his decision of withdrawal. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if the client returns the goods before the expiry of the one-day period.

The product must always be returned in its original packaging. The use, even of a part of the delivery, assumes its approval.

The right of withdrawal is in all cases subject to the condition that the Customer returns the new item (return costs at his expense), complete with documentation and accessories, in its original packaging.

Belle Basket reserves the right to refuse the return of damaged or soiled products.

(Extremely possible if the packaging remains unopened at all times)

 I agree that all extra expenses made for the exchange or return of a product are my responsibility.

  • STEP 1: At the bottom of the page, you will find a return form, which you can download by double tapping on the document. Please fill in this document carefully. 
  • STEP 2: It is very important to fill in the form carefully so that we can help you. Please state clearly why you want to return the product and make sure that all your personal details are correct, so that we can contact you if necessary.
  • STEP 3: If this applies, please add photos. (if the products arrive damaged)
  • STEP 4: Send us an email with the completed return form! Please state your order number as clearly as possible and some extra info if necessary.
  • STEP 5: As soon as we have contacted you, you can take the following agreed steps. (e.g.: if you are returning a product, put it in the post. Keep your proof of shipment in case we need it later).
  • STEP 6: If one of the above steps is not clear, or is not applicable, you can contact us, and we will solve this together.

PLEASE NOTE … !
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. 

We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we’re able to locate the items (it’s not always possible) and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
