With a beautiful, light pink colour, this wine is well balanced, fresh, lively and round, with fruity aromas.

The grapes were grown on vines from 15 to 20 years old, planted on the clay-limestone soils of the Languedoc, between Montpellier and Sète, close to the Mediterranean coast. Grenache is a grape variety that is popular in dry areas. The climate in this region is warm, dry and very sunny.

The bunches are pressed directly. The sedimentation is important to obtain a very clear juice, which is then vinified as white wine and fermented at low temperature (15°C). There is no malolactic fermentation for this Grenache.

It can be tasted very chilled (8°C) as an aperitif, with a bbq, a salad, stuffed vegetables or a pizza. This is a fresh and fruity rosé.
