Our organic Purple Curry is a creative development of the classic curry, which originated in India. From there, it found its way via England to Europe and today it is an integral part of kitchens. Our noble mixture is prepared according to our own recipe. It combines a refined variety of flavours, which are harmoniously and sensitively matched. The hibiscus blossoms, originally from Asia, are gently ground together with oriental spices in our open factory and lovingly filled by hand.
Valuable tip: Only add the curry powder towards the end of the cooking process to preserve the vibrant colour of the hibiscus blossoms. The valuable flower pigment loses its luminosity under heat. That would be too bad!
