This traditional Indian spice blend is indispensable the next time you want to cook authentic Indian dishes! Garam Masala is a firework of different flavours. You can use it universally in the kitchen for hot meat dishes, but also spice up rice, lentil dishes and stews with it.
Masala means a mixture of different ingredients. There are three different masala blends, with garam masala being the best known, which is also suitable for European cuisine. The recipe is variable – in India, every family uses its very own masala recipe. To make it, they first roast the individual ingredients in a pan and then combine them to make this aromatic spice mixture. Our Garam Masala contains only natural spices from controlled, organic cultivation and does not contain any artificial flavours.
